Healthy Veg Sandwich

Whole wheat sandwich filled with fresh veggies and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 small tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon green chutney or mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Spread butter and green chutney on bread slices.

2. Place cucumber, tomato, and onion slices evenly.

3. Add cheese slices and sprinkle salt and pepper.

4. Cover with another bread slice.

5. Grill or toast the sandwich until golden brown.

6. Cut into halves and serve hot.
